I have tiny ceramic containers of coconut oil in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom that I can just dip my a finger into to rub on my hands.
Melt about 4 oz (1/2 cup) of extra virgin coconut oil on top of the dehydrator in a face cream container (not a bottle).
When melted, add in 1 Tbsp. rosehip seed oil.
Put the lid back on and shake well.
Shake regularly as it sets. Put in the fridge for an hour and it will set completely.
It comes out with a nice orange tint to it.
This might be an easy way to travel with face cream.
Surprisingly, even this turns my cheeks red but I am unwilling to give up the benefits of the rosehip seed oil and those spots that don’t seem to like anything will just get plain coconut oil.

Mapuana says this won’t work in Hawaii where her coconut oil just stays liquid. So I don’t think it would work for travel either. It would turn liquid in your luggage for sure.
