    Doughnut Holes

    Base-
    1 cup almonds, ground
    1 cup dates, soaked & drained
    dash vanilla powder
    3 T. coconut, shredded
    Grind the almonds for 1-2 minutes in a food processor until it becomes a meal. Add dates and vanilla to pulse a few times. Stir in coconut by hand.

    Now decide what kind of doughnuts you want. Add in by hand:
    1 c. dried pineapple, or
    1 C. dried apricots or
    Roll the doughnuts in 3 T. coconut crystals/raw sugar plus 1 tsp. cinnamon or
    Roll the doughnuts in 2 T. carob/cacao powder plus 1 tsp. honey/agave/coconut syrup plus 3 drops olive/coconut oil
    Roll the doughnuts in 3 T. shredded coconut.
