    This is a dairy-free, creamy, frothy nog you’ll love for the holidays. There’s no milk, cream, eggs or alcohol, but the taste is delicious!Finish with a sprinkling of nutmeg or cinnamon and chill.
    Soak 1 cup almonds in water for 12 hours. (or cashews, hazelnuts, macadamias)
    Let sit out for 12 hours.

    Blend 1 1/2 c. sprouted almonds with 4 1/2 c. water. Strain through a cheesecloth or nut/sprout bag.

    Pour liquid back into blender. (save pulp for crackers, cookies or breads). Add:
    1/4 c. coconut nectar, agave nectar or honey

    Add 2 tsp.
    -cinnamon
    -nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cardamon, (optional)
    Blend again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon. Tasted so good chilled!
