Rawtitos Chips – These are a zesty, cheezy, taco-y, reddish-orange corn chip, a healthy tortilla chip!The chips are quick, addictive and yummy! A chips you can eat and not feel guilty! Addictive!
3 Cups Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
4 Cups fresh or Frozen Corn, thawed
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos, Bragg’s or Nama Shoyu
1/2 Cup orange juice pulp or barley water
1/8 Cup Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 – 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (not raw)
Blend well in food processor and spread on Dehydrator Sheets covered with parchment paper. Score into desired shapes and dehydrate at 104 degrees for 24 hours until nice and crispy. Flip them halfway through and SPRINKLE them with a mix of the following: 1/3 Nut Yeast, 1/3 Taco Seasoning, 1/3 Chili Powder. I use a little shaker and use a lot of shake.
