    Sometimes I miss the warmth of sauteed onions, so I mix up this batch to eat alone, put in soups, salads, topped over vege dishes. Yum!

    5 small onions, chopped, soaked in water for 1 hour.

    Blend:
    1 c. soaked dates in 1/3 c. water – save the water
    1 T. honey or coconut syrup – other raw, liquid sweetener
    2 T. olive oil
    Dehydrate for 3-4 hours until warm. Have it by dinner!
