    I know it’s trite but I’m going to say it anyway. Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the smell in the air, seeing the leaves change and eating my weight in apples smothered with almond butter.
    It can also be a time of intense overwhelm. Combine the intense dynamics of friends and family with the ever present feeding frenzy that starts at Halloween and blazes on until the new year and you are destined to feel like a stuffed turkey whose seen better days.     2/3 ounce dandelion leaves

    Dandelion has a soothing and toning property on the skin and it is a great addition to any facial treatment. You can make an infusion of leaf and flower and apply it straight up with a cotton pad as a nice toner, or add a bit of the infusion when using any cleanser, scrub or mask. Dandelion infusion also works really well externally as a sunburn reliever and has been known to help clear up acne when taken internally as a tincture or tea (the root in particular).

    My new favorite way to enjoy dandelion in skin care is with a dandelion flower infused cream. It takes only minutes to make and is an absolutely luxurious, skin-softening treat! You can leave it on as a mask, but it can also be used as a gentle cleanser. The lactic acid in the cream gently exfoliates, smooths and softens skin to a petal-like feel….

    This cream would also be amazing with the addition of rose petals or lavender buds.

    Dandelion Cream

    1 small handful dandelion flowers
    Cream
    Place the handful of flowers in the top of a double boiler (or a pan that fits nicely inside of a larger pan, but does not touch the bottom). Fill the bottom pan with a few inches of water.Add cream until the flowers are just covered. Warm the cream on low temperature for 10-15 minutes.
    Strain the flowers out through a fine sieve and apply the cream to freshly cleansed skin with a cotton pad or cotton ball. Leave on for 15 minutes, remove with a warm damp cloth and a few splashes of warm water, followed by your favorite toner and moisturizer.

    I am so p!ssed off! The information I am about to share has been suppressed and I am angry. I am going to tell you exactly what tens of thousands of people did to naturally reverse all sorts of degenerative diseases across the board, in the early eighties; and, it will probably be written off by most of you as “nonsense”. It’s all so simple that it makes me sick!

    I’ve been around in the ‘Raw Foods Movement’ for about fifteen years now. I have travelled all around the world speaking about how to reverse disease naturally. During my extensive travels, I have literally met tens of thousands of people who have reversed all sorts of conditions, ailments, and degenerative diseases naturally. Just eating raw foods is not “the answer”. Healing can be experienced without eating raw. Keep on reading to learn more.

    Back in the early 80s, there was an amazing woman named Dr. Ann Wigmore, who literally had the highest success rate in the world at helping people heal from all sorts of degenerative diseases naturally, through her program. I don’t even feel comfortable telling you about all of the acute degenerative diseases she was able to help people recover from, because I want to pr0tect myself from the “higher powers”.

    I’ve talked extensively before with a man who lives in Iceland named Eirikur. He was Dr. Ann Wigmore’s right-hand-man for many years at her institutes. He told me story after story about Dr. Ann. She was having such a high success rate helping people to heal that she had received numerous visits from the pharmaceutical companies/medical professionals, to see what she was doing. Her message was getting out to the masses in a big way! Ironically, Dr. Ann Wigmore mysteriously died in a fire. Not only did this fire k!ll her, but it also burned up her office containing much of her valuable information. Fortunately, before she died, she had handed over many important books to people such as Eirikur. He told me that she had a feeling she wasn’t going to be around for much longer and he didn’t understand it until she died in the fire.

    Dr. Ann Wigmore’s healing protocol could be considered the most “extreme” out there, and that is why it worked so effectively. She would put everyone on an extreme raw food d!et, give them liquid and blended nutrition such as wheatgrass juice, vegetable juices, and blended live foods. Finally, she made sure that all of her clients cleansed their colons every single day!

    Unfortunately, one vital part of this “extreme” method seems to have come to be overlooked by most people these days. The main component that has been glossed over is cleansing the colon, every single day. In order to effectively reverse disease, cleansing the colon is ideally carried out diligently, with a raw food or simple whole foods d!et (void of processed foods), along with some sort of liquid and/or blended nutrition.

    Scre-w it! I’ll tell you now! Dr. Ann was helping people reverse c@ncer left and right. She even had an entire building created just for AIDS patients and I heard that the results that she was getting were miraculous!

    Forget the raw foods; in my opinion, the main component in reversing diseases is to cleanse your colon as much as possible, consistently. For years I have been promoting colon hydrotherapy and I have always been careful to introduce it to people in a gentle way, in order to help them open to the idea of it. Well, I am done with that nonsense! If you want to reverse some disease, then my recommendation is to cleanse your colon every single day. This is the answer.

    I am not talking about any colon-cleansing supplement that you can take orally. The recommendation of 0ral colon cleansing supplements frankly makes me l@ugh, especially when health advocates with letters at the end of their names talk about the importance of colon cleansing and then make these kinds of pithy recommendations. I feel that they have no idea what they are really talking about or they would recommend to the people to simply cleanse their colon with water, through professional colon hydrotherapy (colonic) sessions, colema boards and/or enema bags. Cleansing the colon with water is, to me, the most powerful detox method in the world, hands down! Nothing, nothing! even comes close to it!

    Yeah, I know, I know, your doct0r says colon hydrotherapy is “dangerous”. Their textbooks don’t recommend this. THINK: If you were to heal naturally, it would take away profit from the largest industry in the world. Or… Oh! Let me guess, you are too “manly” for something like colon hydrotherapy. Or, you have some sort of “spec!al condition” so your doct0r says you can’t do colon cleansing. Believe me, I’ve heard every excuse in the book as to why people “can’t” (read “won’t”) do colon cleansing. Do you want to heal, or not?!

    It is true that colon cleansing alone, without some kind of improved d!et, most likely won’t get you very far. However, you don’t need to be on an “extreme” 100% raw food d!et to heal. Doing colon cleansing with a raw food d!et would be the fastest way to heal, yet as long as you are at least just eating whole foods, leaving out all processed foods, while doing colon hydrotherapy every single day, in my opinion, this is the best sh0t you have to reverse any condition, ailment or degenerative disease naturally.

If you eliminate every single food from your d!et except what you find on this list, then you are on a “whole foods d!et”. However, don’t eat anything else, or it won’t work. People sometimes manage to fool themselves about what they eat; they will insist, for example, that they only eat what is on that list, yet in pr!vate convince themselves that it is ok to eat processed foods here and there. And then they wonder why this procedure “doesn’t work” for them…

    Today, many of the “hip” modern raw foodists make fun of Dr. Ann Wigmore and her clients. They call it the “Dr. Ann Wigmore look” if people look very slim, pale, and weak. Please understand that Dr. Ann was teaching the most extreme way of healing, which worked miraculously. These ‘skinny’, healing people pretty much lived on blended raw foods in small quantities, and this is why they looked the way they did. I am sharing with you here that you don’t necessarily require taking things to that “extreme”. Just do everything else that Dr. Ann recommended (colon cleansing every day, with liquid vegetable nutrition), and eat a heavier raw food d!et or even a whole foods d!et.

    You can also potentially see healing results without cleansing your colon every single day, with Dr. Ann’s protocol. Yet I am telling you right now, the habit of cleansing your colon every single day is what I believe to be the best sh0t anyone has to reverse disease naturally.

    This process is so simple and yet most of you will probably still come up with every excuse possible to discredit this idea and try to convince yourself that you are not able to do this. I am so sick and tired of hearing other health advocates in this movement, sometimes with their “MD” status or other letters after their names, trying to help people while they seem to have no clue about this simple process of truth, which has the potential to truly heal the world.

    It has been my mission for years now to help people absorb this information about the simple truth of healing from disease. Maybe this time I have been able to get this point across in an even more effective way, to help even more people. I sincerely hope so – I am SICK of all this sickness!     Get it Out or let it Fester, article by Matt Monarch

    Why do we get sick?

    All human sickness is the body simply trying to remove waste that it has accumulated. The biggest accumulation of waste comes from eating “foods” that are not meant for the human body. The top two staple foods that are widely consumed by humanity and yet are not designed for the human body to run on are refined sugars and processed starches (for example, 99% of breads, baked goods and pastas available on the market).

    When a person gets sick, they have two choices…

    They can get the waste (disease) out of the body, or they can let it fester. When the majority of the population gets sick, they go to a doct0r/hospital and take pharmaceutical drugs in order to suppress their symptoms of “sickness”. Instead of getting the waste (disease) out, they suppress the symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs and let it all fester within their bodies. This continues to go on and on as the years goes by and the average human in our Western societies accumulates a massive amount of waste within their bodies over the years – within their cells, organs, and body as a whole.

    While a person may think that they have regained their health by taking pharmaceutical drugs, the remnants of that sickness are actually still just festering within their bodies. Then the body usually develops all types of additional symptoms as a resu1t, symptoms which the medical soc!ety often determines as “normal” to experience. For example, as a result of this festering waste inside of them, a person might develop skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, infections, warts, yeast, athletes foot, and so on.

    These skin conditions are simply indications that the festering sickness that we originally suppressed is trying to slowly make its way out of the body, in any way that it can. Yet what do most people do in a situation like this? They go back to the doct0r and get all sorts of extra medicines to try to eliminate these new conditions. Before you know it, this person is 40 – 50 years old, living with an internal degenerative disease, which was created from all this suppression of the waste simply trying to get out of the body!

    So, how do we avoid this ongoing process of waste accumulation within our bodies?

    Secondly, it is also key to remove the waste we are dealing with whenever our body gets “sick”. The most effective way to remove this waste is to cleanse the colon. In fact, in my opinion, all other detox methods in the world are inferior and don’t even come close to colon cleansing. This is why all the Health Institutes in the world, which have a high success rate in helping people heal from disease, use cleansing the colon as their biggest tool in helping combat disease.

    I knew of this one girl who got pneumonia and was on her way to the hospital to get antibiotics. Pneumonia is a scary thing to face for many people and it is thought that if this disease is not taken care of well, then it can possibly result in death. Now, if a person doesn’t treat pneumonia and continues to eat processed foods, which adds to this pneumonia-festering waste build-up within the body, then the situation can become dangerous for them. However, if a person eliminates the processed foods and further aids the body with the removal of the waste build-up via cleansing the colon until the sickness is gone, then I am extremely confident that this person can heal perfectly well. They are simply removing the dis-ease and not letting it fester within them – and this is the choice we want to make.

    To make a long story short, I convinced my friend who had pneumonia to get a colonic before going on any antiobiotics. Instantaneously, right after the colonic, she was taking deep breaths and couldn’t believe the relief that she was experiencing from pnemonia just after one colonic.

    It seems to me that 99 out of 100 times, all disease is the same at the root and it is simply a result of accumulated waste/toxicity trying to exit the body. You can either let it all fester, causing all sorts of problems with your body and health throughout your life into old age, or you can get it out and thrive! The way to do this is to only eat simple, whole foods and to cleanse the colon whenever you get sick. If the sickness persists, keep cleansing the colon until it is all out. Many people start on this healing j0urney after they have chosen the route of pharmaceutical drugs/antibiotics and letting the disease fester for decades on end, and in such cases there is a lot of work ahead to get all the waste out – what do you choose – let it out, or let it fester…? ;-)

    It’s sad to think of the parasites that the majority of human beings have in their intestines and throughout their body. These parasites live off of our lifeforce and may be the cause of having low energy levels. I have known young men and woman with flat stomachs that started a healthier dietary lifestyle and have passed worms a half a centimeter wide through their anus. I knew of one incident where he actually had to pull the worm-like parasite out all the way with their fingers. If these realatively young thin people had these parasites, you can only imagine what the majority of humans have. These types of parasites THRIVE in a persons intestines who eats processed foods and/or has a compacted colon.     “The Ins and Outs of Liver Cleansing”, Article by Matt Monarch

    I’m ALWAYS receiving questions from people about Liver Cleansing. A couple of the most common questions include:

    # Why didn’t I get any stones out after my liver cleanse?
    # Why don’t I feel well after my liver cleanse?

    Please note: this article is based on anecdotal information and personal experience…

    I feel that there is quite a lot of “hype” around liver cleansing and one result is that when people do liver cleanses, they base their concept of whether or not the cleanse was “successful” or not, on the amount of Liver and/or Gall Bladder stones released. I personally feel that this is unfortunate. There is SO MUCH MORE to be removed from the liver than just stones – most of us have ENORMOUS back-ups of waste in our livers. When we do a liver cleanse, the bile ducts become dilated and the liver DUMPS a mass of toxins out into the colon, which usually includes HOT ACID, BILE, and more.

    I recently heard from a friend who did a liver cleanse, didn’t get any stones out, and didn’t feel well afterwards. Although this friend didn’t see any actual stones released, here in fact was an example of a very successful liver cleanse, in my opinion. Clearly the liver had dumped a mass of toxins from their liver into their system, which then resulted in them not feeling well. This person thought that this liver cleanse wasn’t a success however, and that the only result was not feeling well.

    My guidance for our friend was to cleanse her colon asap, to MOVE this old bile and acid OUT. After she did this, she immediately started to feel better. Dr. Andreas Moritz, the author of “The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush”, states that cleansing the colon is KEY before, after and during a liver cleanse. He actually states that it is a NECESSITY.

    In my opinion, the BEST liver cleanse for a beginner IS to actually cleanse their colon. 99% of those who don’t ever clean their colons surely have all sorts of toxins backed up in their systems. This old waste is more than just solid waste in the intestines. There are acids, gases and other toxins which fill the colon up too. The gas is invisible to the human eye. That gas pressure along with other toxins in the colon prevents your other organs from being able to dump more gases, acids and toxins into your colon. However, if you cleanse your colon on a periodic basis, you remove these backed-up toxins in the colon, freeing up space, which then enables your liver and other organs to dump out more toxins into your colon – your body’s waste pipe. Therefore, the ULTIMATE liver cleanse for the majority of the population IS to simply cleanse your colon on a periodic basis, which frees up space for the liver to dump out more waste into the colon.

    In fact, if you are not willing to cleanse your colon, I feel that it might even be dangerous to do a liver cleanse. If you do a liver cleanse without colon cleansing, dilate your bile ducts, and dump HOT ACID and bile into your already toxic colon, you may just be adding to the bonfire and making your body and bloodstream even more toxic. There is a large chance that these toxins will not be readily eliminated. Just as Andreas Moritz says… It is KEY to cleanse your colon, before, during and AFTER you cleanse your liver.

    In a sense, liver cleansing could be thought of as an “advanced” cleanse. For those of you who already cleanse your colon on a periodic basis, then perhaps it may be time to move forward and do a liver cleanse. If you are a beginner though and feel the need to do a liver cleanse NOW, please make sure to cleanse your colon, just as Dr. Andreas Moritz suggests.

I’ve witnessed HUNDREDS of people who have done liver cleanses and experienced INCREDIBLE results. From my own personal experience, I did a liver cleanse and felt the effects of my liver releasing. My breath was really unpleasant and I felt “toxic” until I moved this toxicity out by cleansing my colon.

    So, again, it’s not necessarily ALL about removing stones during a liver cleanse. The main aim can be simply to remove the build up of toxins from the liver. AND REMEMBER!… It’s KEY to cleanse the colon when embarking on a liver cleanse.

    It’s the start of the NEW YEAR and MILLIONS of people are now attempting to carry out their New Year’s Resolutions… Consider that THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of these people have already improved their diets to some degree and lost some excess weight. So, WHY?!… won’t the majority of these people now continue with their new path and keep that weight off…?

    During my public talks, when I talk about how to improve one’s diet, I often look around the room and see people’s eyes WIDE OPEN and inspired to jump into their new dietary adventures. It feels good to watch this wave of inspiration passing through everyone in the room. However, deep down inside I always have a slight tinge of pain, as I also know some of what they are surely in store for on this new path.

    I see their BRIGHT, wide-eyed excitement and I try to explain to them that they WILL get sick if they improve their intake. This “inevitable” sickness may hit one month from now, 3 months, 6 months or even 18 months down the line. You WILL get sick if you permanently improve your diet by eliminating processed foods COMPLETELY. There is no avoiding it! When I say that you will “get sick”, I am not talking about a standard bout of detoxification where you might have excess gas and low energy. It is more likely that you are going to feel like you have the “flu”. You might find yourself going through BOXES of tissues as your body OUTPOURS accumulated toxins. There is NO avoiding it. You probably spent DECADES on end accumulating toxins in your body from eating the Standard American Diet… AND NOW… it’s time to release them.

    When a person starts to improve their diet by eliminating processed foods completely, they feel GREAT, because they stop putting junk into their bodies and they are clearing out some of the more “superficial” toxins running through the bloodstream. However, if we continue on this path and empty out all of these more easily-accessed superficial toxins, we create more space for the DEEP, INTENSE more CONCENTRATED, stored-away old toxins to start making their way out… AND!… you WILL get sick.

    So for those of you starting this New Year with a “better diet”, please keep in mind that if you follow this plan, at SOME POINT you WILL surely get sick. It’s not a “lack of nutrients” or calories leaving you feeling sick or low in energy. It is TRULY a matter of all of the accumulated waste PURGING out of your body.

    During my talks, as I view all of those inspired, smiling, WIDE-EYED people, that slight pain in my heart nudges me to talk about the importance of cleansing the colon regularly, with professional colonics and/or enemas. Colon cleansing aids the process of the purging EXPONENTIALLY. Colon hydrotherapy is the MAGIC ingredient that can make maintaining an improved diet SIMPLE.

    I remember one specific example of an inspired woman from one of our talks, who went on to improve her diet while doing some enemas. She then got massively sick, as a result of this “purging” process that I am describing. During the talk that this woman attended, I had sensed that many people were inspired and I specifically explained over and over again about this HEAVY detoxification process and the inevitability of getting sick. However, when this woman then later got sick, she thought it was likely because of some pesticides that had just been sprayed quite some distance from her living area and she decided to go on pharmaceutical drugs to heal…

    People at talks can get so INSPIRED by the logical concept of how to improve one’s diet and which foods to eliminate. However, when these same people are in the detox process, purging, having cravings, and feeling sick, it is very easy to lose sight of the truth. If this New Year has inspired you to improve your diet, don’t let this inevitable purging of toxins sway you the other way as the path unfolds… and of course… I feel that cleansing the colon when the purging and cravings are at their most intense is the best possible thing you can do to make it over that crest and through to the other side :-)

    Doing Cleanses in Conjunction w/Colon Hydrotherapy – Article, by Matt Monarch

    I ALWAYS recommend that when a person does ANY type of cleanse, they undertake colon hydrotherapy during this cleanse.

    Please note: this article is based on anecdotal information and personal experience…

    , expresses how IMPERATIVE it is to cleanse your colon both BEFORE and AFTER you do a liver cleanse. If you are inundated with gas, waste, acid and rancid putrification, doing a liver cleanse is just going to add to the mess. Your liver will dump out even more acid, bile and junk into your “sewage canal” (colon). It’s IMPERATIVE to move old stuff OUT before you even start liver cleansing, or there is a chance that you’ll be living with even MORE toxic back-up circulating inside your body for quite some time.

    Often people attempt to eat raw, go heavily into detox, and don’t feel well. As a comparison, a heroin addict goes through withdrawals from eliminating ONE substance from their body; a substance they’ve maybe taken for let’s say five years or so. On the other hand, when a new Raw Foodist attempts their new diet, they are generally eliminating TENS and TENS of stimulating processed foods, ingredients and components, including trans-fatty acids, refined sugars, gluten, preservatives etc, all of which they have likely been consuming for decades on end. The cells of this new Raw Foodist, who is going through MASSIVE withdrawals, POUR toxins into their bloodstream, following all of these DECADES of poor eating habits. I feel that a primary reason that people don’t stay eating 100% Raw is because it can seem virtually impossible to feel good and be healthy when inundated with toxins from the withdrawals of eliminating all of those processed foods. What many Raw Food NEWBIES then do is fast, as they have heard that this is the way to help the body heal and feel good. Little do they realize that they are just adding more fuel to the bonfire. They’ve just eliminated even MORE substances from their intake and now their bodies are going to go through even MORE withdrawals. The end result is more toxins in their bloodstream, which makes them feel even more toxic and fatigued.

    People in this situation seldom seem to realize that periodically cleansing their colon has the GREAT potential to ease this situation. Colon cleansing can be the ONE-TICKET highway to feeling GOOD and being healthy on a 100% Raw Food Diet.

    So if you are going to do a liver cleanse, a parasite cleanse, fasting, taking psyllium and bentonite, juice fasting, juice feasting, taking MMS, taking Oxy-Powder, or even simply taking Adya Clarity super shots… I feel that the results will exponentially MULTIPLY if you cleanse your colon at the same time.

    Is Colon Cleansing Necessary?

    Ironically, the less a person eats, the more of a need there is to cleanse the colon, in my opinion.

    The more food a person eliminates from their intake, the more they are going to cleanse and detoxify. For example, the most cleansing thing that anyone can do is to go on a water fast, because they’d be eliminating all food intake except water. When a person goes on a 100% Raw Food Diet, they are usually eliminating MASSES of processed damaging foods and instead they consume fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, seaweeds and other simple foods staright from the Earth. Fruits and vegetables are mostly 70 – 90% water. Consuming these items is practically like “drinking” food and barely obstructs the body. Eating this way is like going on a raw food “fast”. That is why the raw food diet is sometimes called the “detox diet”.

    I feel that if a person isn’t willing to cleanse their colon, then they should not go on a 100% Raw Food Diet. I feel that it is pretty much inevitable that they will not succeed in the long-term. If a person goes on a healthy whole food “intermediate” diet, which eliminates all processed foods, they too will detoxify old toxins, however, comparatively speaking, their detox only touches the surface compared to the deep concentrated toxins that a 100% Raw Foodist can dig down and detoxify. If you are not willing to cleanse your colon, then I would recommend sticking to a whole foods “intermediate” diet, because you are going to cleanse and detoxify A LOT less overall. If you truly do a whole foods intermediate diet, at some point (maybe after 2 months, 5 months, 1 year, or more) you are pretty much inevitably going to get sick and go through a healing crisis as your body releases old cellular toxins. I feel that cleansing the colon would be extremely beneficial during these times and make your life much easier.

    For example, after about eight months of eating a whole foods diet, my mom had a huge healing crisis and…she refused to cleanse her colon. Instead, she went to the hospital and started taking antibiotics, which took her “cold” away. Within a couple of weeks, her “cold” came back. She felt very weak, as all of her life energy was just trying to push the old toxins out of her. Before heading off to the hospital for a second time, she suddenly had a HUGE bowel release! For two days she poured out waste almost nonstop into the toilet. When she came out the other side of this release, she had lost more weight and her desire for coffee had also dramatically diminished. My mom is going to be FURIOUS with me for putting this private story out to the public…so I am going to plug her video and e-book again to compensate, which are available HERE

    My mom’s life would would have been soooooo much easier if she had just done a colonic. She wouldn’t have had to experience as much pain. When you do a whole foods intermediate diet, I don’t think that colon hydrotherapy is ABSOLUTELY “necessary”, but I do see that it is EXTREMELY effective and beneficial. If a person is just NOT willing to cleanse their colon with water, I used to always recommended that people take a product instead called Colosan

    , to help them release waste from the intestines. However, I just discovered a similar new product, which I have found to be much more effective and it is called Oxy-Powder

    . This product simply utilizes oxygen to help remove junk and “mucoid plaque” that has built up in the small intestines and colon over the years. This is an extremely gentle way to cleanse the colon. IDEALLY, in my opinion, it would be a GREAT idea to use this product in conjunction with cleansing the colon. Although I feel that nothing is as effective for helping with detox as cleansing the colon on a periodic basis, this Oxy-Powder product does at least help get rid of the “intestinal plaque”…and what most people LOVE about this product is that it is so gentle on the body during this process.     So… Is Colon Cleansing Necessary?… I personally feel that if you are TRULY on a 100% Raw Food Diet, then colon cleansing is the best idea for long-term success. If you are on a whole foods intermediate diet, then I feel that you can “get away” more easily without cleansing the colon. However, I also feel that a person can be much healthier if they do cleanse their colon on a periodic basis. If you are on a whole foods intermediate diet, please keep in the back of your head that WHEN you go through that healing crisis and get sick, a series of colonics can be extremely beneficial to you. 99% of the time, getting sick is an indication of deep detoxification, and cleansing the colon simply PULLS all of that old waste right out of you.
