How to Make Super Immune Juice
In a blender place one cut up
lemon (rind, seeds, every-
thing) and one peeled orange
or grapefruit (no rind).
Add enough water to blend.
Puree on high for 2-3 minutes.
Strain juice and return to
blender. Add 1/4 to 1/2 tea-
spoon cayenne pepper and 1-3
cloves of garlic and 1/2 tea-
spoon of horseradish.
Puree for another minute, then
drink.
This concoction can be drunk
as a daily tonic, or, if
really sick, you can have it
up to three times a day.
