Don Tolman Interview by Markus Rothkranz
A most excellent interview covering ancient knowledge in relation to health today, some of which we have forgotten, some which have been hidden from us.
MarkusRothkranz | October 22, 2009
Fascinating discussion between Markus Rothkranz and Don Tolman about disease-free cultures, the body as the true sacred temple, the revolution of self-care, the essene gospel of peace, secret information that escaped the Vatican, what the words “fruit” and “vegetable” really mean, the origin of the word “raw”. Don has traveled 4 million miles across the world and studied every culture, lived with many tribes, studied sacred scrolls in lost temples, is an expert in sacred geometry, ancient cultures, self natural healing and seeing the divine patterns connecting all life (part one of four).
The word fruit means, “to enliven, and to add splendor.”
The word vegetable means, “to establish, to strengthen.”
Raw meant, “the sun.”
diet – “to good”, from the word dia -”leads to God, or to good”
