I added these this week and finally lost the 2 pounds I’d put on a few months ago! And it’s so fun with
the Blendtec!They’re so fast and easy – just press the “soup” button, and they come out so creamy and
warm! I’m in love!
Here’s what I had this week:
All with 2 c. hot water. You could add bouillon cubes, if desired.
Raw Vegetable Soup – carrot, onion, garlic, celery, zucchini, Italian herbs
Raw Tomato Basil Soup – tomato, celery, onion, bell peppers, spices, 21 gun seasoning, basil
Raw Pea Soup – peas, celery, onion, garlic, curry,
Raw Cucumber Corn Chowder – cucumber, corn, lemon, paprika, dry mustard, green onions
Leek Cauliflower Soup- leeks, cauliflower, garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
French onion tomorrow! – onions from the garden, garlic,mushrooms, vegan worcestershire sauce,water
Vege Soup Again – my favorite, I think
